Refund and Returns Policy

The following terms are applicable to all products that were purchased from Infectious Stitches.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to return digital patterns or to receive a refund on digital patterns, unless the pattern has not yet been downloaded. If you have trouble downloading a PDF pattern, please contact me!
Physical products, such as quilts, must be returned within 30 days of receipt and should still be in their original condition. Shipping costs will not be refunded and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. It is advised to use a shipping option that includes tracking of your package.
If you wish to return a product you must inform me of your decision by contacting me through the contact form on the Infectious Stitches website or by sending an e-mail to email@example.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company because it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
